Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
We prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time
After dispatch, your order arrives in 4 to 8 business days. Customs checks or busy periods can add a few days.

Tracking
You get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can go quiet for a week while your parcel is in transit. This is normal. Updates return once it reaches your country.

Delays
Parcels can take longer during holidays and peak seasons. If your order passes 30 business days, email support@fawnpets.com and we will sort it out.
