30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If the grinder is not right for your dog, we refund you in full.

Used is fine. Opened is fine. Your dog trying it once and hating it is fine. We would rather you test it properly than send it back unused.

How to start a refund
Email support@fawnpets.com with your order number. Tell us it did not work out. That is all we need.

When your money arrives
We approve refunds within 2 business days. Your refund lands in 5 to 10 business days. It goes back to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong item
If your grinder arrives faulty, or we sent the wrong one, email us a photo. We replace it for you.
